The Scan for Safety team were at the HCSA Winter Conference on 22 and 23 November at Manchester Central Conference Centre.
The event was focused on ‘NHS Procurement – supporting Recovery & Resilience’.
Members from the Scan for Safety teams in England, Scotland and Wales, with support from colleagues from Northern Ireland, presented at the conference about their pioneering patient safety programmes.
